Return Conditions

  1. Return Window

    • You can return an item within 30 days from the day it was delivered, based on the date indicated in the tracking information. Once this period has passed, we won’t be able to accept the return.
  2. Condition of Returned Items

    • Returned items should be in their original condition, including packaging and any accessories such as manuals or warranty cards.
    • Items that don’t meet these requirements may not be eligible for a return.
  3. Return Shipping

    • We’ve got the return shipping covered. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label to make things easier – just print and attach it to your package for shipping back.
  4. Non-Returnable Items

    • Certain items, such as special sale items or items labeled “non-returnable,” may not be eligible for return. Please double-check product details during purchase to avoid any misunderstandings.
  5. Exchanges

    • Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please complete the return process for the original item and place a new order for the one you want instead.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund through the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Refunds usually take about 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If the item doesn’t meet our return requirements, we’ll send it back to you at no extra charge.

Order Cancellation

  • If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it through My Account, and we’ll process your refund immediately if payment has been made.
